We’ve been diligently working on a project called OpenHouseBHC.com (by Spare Foot Productions),a local real estate website focused on serving consumers and realtors in the Bullhead City, AZ area and surrounding areas. What’s interesting is that each listing features its own video tour, instead of the standard photo gallery we’ve seen on other popular real estate websites. We’ve “soft launched” the website in order to give realtors a chance to see what the functionality of the website will be and how impactful video listings are for consumers.

We’re currently adding more features to the website, and will soon be adding video ads of local vendors. Spare Foot Productions is the company that organizes the listings, including scheduling and filming the video tours and ads. They’re marketing the website via billboard ads, radio ads, and TV spots this week and we look forward to the traffic and the response from the audience.
